Ordering

    • Do You Take Orders Outside Of Canada?

      • Yes we do. Most of our customers are residing in Canada, however we also do a lot of shipping to the United States.
    • Your Shop Currency Is?

      • All of our prices are listed in Canadian dollars as we operate from Canada.
    • Can I Order By Phone?

      • Of course! Our friendly customer service agents are standing by to help you with your order. Canadian customers residing in Ontario and Toronto GTA area please call our local line at 647-691-0668. Our Customer Representatives are available Monday-Friday from 9AM - 7PM EST.
    • Do You Charge Sales Tax?

      • We apply Sales Tax to all orders in Canada according to each provincial's rate. For all orders to be shipped outside of Canada, we do not charge any Sales Tax.
    • Which Payment Option Is Accepted?

      • We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. All orders will be shipped upon the successful processing of your payment.

 

Shipping Info

      • How Do I Monitor My Shipment?

        • Once you place your order you will receive two emails. The first email will contain a confirmation email containing your order and your invoice. The second email will contain the information letting you know that we are preparing your order. The third email you will receive 7-10 days from our second email will be containing your shipment tracking code which you can monitor at anytime utilizing our partners' services (Fedex and Canada Post)
      • Which Shipping Method Do You Offer?

        • We offer various shipping options with multiple carriers. At the moment all of our shipments are done with Fedex and Canada Post. You may choose from Free (Toronto GTA only), Ground, 2 Day, Priority Overnight, and First Overnight. Shipping rates are based on the weight of the package being shipped before taxes. We don't ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/AFO address at the moment.
      • How Long Till I Receive My Order?

        • Each of our products online has a unique processing time. On average from the moment you place your order it takes us 7-12 days to prepare your order. After the order has been prepared your order will be delivered based on your shipment options you have selected at the checkout. Please refer to our "How Do I Monitor My Shipment" section for keeping up with your shipment.

 

Return Policy

      • What is Your Return Policy?

        • Currently all of our sales are final and we don't accept return unless a package we have shipped has been damaged. In cases where a package and items inside have been damaged we will provide a new shipment with identical items free of charge. Please call our customer service at 647-691-0668 if your items have been damaged upon arrival to your door we are standing by to assist you.
      • How Do I Cancel An Order?

        • Once the order has been placed it is automatically prepared for processing and shipment. We will do our best to accommodate changes and cancellations, we cannot guarantee once the order has been placed. Please call our customer service at 647-691-0668 with any questions or concerns regarding cancellations.

        • Your Wedding Favors has a corporate office at 2 Bloor St. W., Toronto, Ontario. We currently operate our business solely online and cannot make sales in person. Orders can only be taken online and shipped from our warehouse.
